Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website, including video surveillance cameras, NVR and DVR systems, access control equipment, and related accessories, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update product listings and pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Techno Place Inc is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery and reporting any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Returned products must be in resale condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Opened or installed products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent. Custom-configured or special-order items are not eligible for return.

Product Warranty

Products sold by Techno Place Inc are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product and brand. Warranty information is included with each product and is also available on the respective manufacturer’s website. Techno Place Inc is not the warrantor and does not provide independent product warranties. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Surveillance equipment is designed to supplement, not replace, comprehensive security measures. Techno Place Inc does not guarantee that its products will prevent crime, loss, or damage, and is not responsible for any incidents that occur on your property.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.
